Kalifah Tobias, the mother of two-year-old Angelo Tobias Plaza, was reduced to tears after lighting a candle during a vigil outside his former home on Thursday night.
The candlelight vigil was held to commemorate one month since Angelo was reported missing from his Cambridge Trace home in Goodwood, Tobago.
Candles illuminated the streets of Goodwood as relatives, residents and members of the Hunters Search and Rescue Team gathered in hope and remembrance. Some candles were lit on the beach where his body was allegedly seen on May 12.
