Schoolchildren are getting a first-hand look at how technology is transforming agriculture.

During a tour of the Central Agronomic Research Station, the students got to see tractors and other farm machinery used to prepare the land and plant crops.

The initiative is also aimed at sparking an interest in agriculture among the next generation.
