Nearly five months since he ventured into the Wack Radio 90.1 FM building in San Fernando with his pan, 28-year-old pannist Joshua Regrello says he is still awaiting word from Guinness World Records on his attempt to become the world’s longest marathon-playing pan artiste.
The Skiffle Steel Orchestra leader and digital creator told the Express last week that he had not heard from Guinness World Records after successfully playing the pan for 31 hours last year.
“Not yet, but it should be soon.... As it’s confirmed, I’ll let you know!” he said in a brief Whatsapp message to the Express.
