(Kaieteur News) – Dem boys seh that King Charles shoulda come to Guyana long time now. Not because we love royalty so much, but because we finally find somebody who can get things done in this country without having to win an election, pass a budget, or promise five more years.

Look how Guyana change overnight! Road that had potholes big enough to swallow a minibus suddenly getting a new coat of asphalt. Street signs that look like dem been through two world wars suddenly getting paint. Bridges getting a facelift, parapets getting attention, garbage disappearing, and Georgetown looking like somebody finally remember that this is supposed to be a capital city and not a forgotten land.
