Massy Stores has reported that a sum of cash was taken from its Maraval branch on Wednesday morning. 

"Massy Stores confirms that an incident occurred Wednesday morning at its Maraval branch, prior to the store’s opening. There were no customers in the branch at the time, and thankfully none of our team members were harmed," a release stated.

"Our thoughts are with the employees who had to endure this traumatic event, and we have taken the necessary steps to provide support during this trying time.," the release added.
