The grand opening of the 60-million-dollar Fort Carlisle Residences on the Bay signifies a robust vote of confidence in the Barbados economy.
So says Minister of Finance, Ryan Straughn, after cutting the ribbon alongside 92-year-old local business owner, Michael Bourne, to officially open the 32-unit condominium development.
