Kenroy Sergio Crichlow has been placed on a one-year bond to keep the peace after admitting that he had refused to leave a woman’s premises on Monday.
The 38-year-old unemployed man pleaded guilty to failing leave to the premises of Tamara Goddard after she directed him to do so.
Sergeant Kenmore Phillips said that the complainant and the accused had been in a relationship for the past two years. On the date in question, they returned to her home around 3 a.m. after an outing, became involved in an altercation and the police were contacted. When officers arrived, the complainant asked that Crichlow leave the premises.
