Motorists experienced traffic delays along the Errol Barrow Highway at Wildey this morning after dozens of pallets of drinks fell from the back of a truck.
The incident occurred near the former BET building. Initial reports indicate the truck’s rear doors were not properly secured and opened as the vehicle travelled uphill, causing more than three dozen pallets of beverages to spill onto the roadway.
The spill partially obstructed the highway, resulting in traffic congestion in the area.
