With Guyana’s agricultural sector undergoing continued expansion and modernisation, Agriculture Minister, Zulfikar Mustapha, has stressed the need for effective traceability systems to ensure food safety.

He made this point during his address at a World Food Day event at Lake Mainstay in Region Two (Pomeroon-Supenaam) on Friday.
