A Bush Hall man who admitted assaulting a supermarket security guard while intoxicated on Tuesday is to be sentenced in August.
Attributing his boisterous behaviour and assault of a security guard to his being “under alcohol”, Kyshur Dujon Hamilton Morris now has to return to the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Traffic Court for sentencing.
The 43-year-old of Accommodation Road, Bush Hall, appeared before acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick and pleaded guilty to assaulting Wayne Bynoe, occasioning him actual bodily harm, and that having lawfully entered upon the premises of Channell Enterprises Limited, he misconducted himself by behaving in a threatening manner.
