A new initiative is helping children strengthen their mathematics skills while making learning the subject more enjoyable.
The Massy Foundation, in partnership with the local chapter of Junior Chamber International, JCI Barbados, recently completed its “Math Fanatix Programme”, which provided additional mathematics lessons for primary school students preparing for the Common Entrance Examination.
Seven schools participated in the initiative, giving students an opportunity to improve their skills and build confidence in the subject.
