That was the explanation given yesterday by first-time gun offender Rawle Anthony Caesar as he sought more time in which to pay the remaining $15 000 of a gun fine imposed by the No. 4 Supreme Court last year.
Caesar, of Kingsland Terrace, Christ Church, was back for a review after he had pleaded guilty at a previous Session of the Continuous Sittings to having a Taurus G2C 9mm semi-automatic pistol, and ten rounds of ammunition, on September 29, 2023.
