THE Central Bank is seeking time to reassess its decade-and-a-half-long civil case against former CL Financial executives following the release of the long-awaited Commission of Enquiry report on CL Financial in Parliament.
When the matter is called before Justice Robin Mohammed today, the Central Bank is expected to apply for an adjournment until January 26.
The request comes after the report, referred to as the Colman Report, was laid in the House of Representatives on Friday, prompting the bank to consider whether its findings could affect the ongoing proceedings.
