Police are investigating the robbery of a St James furniture store that occurred on Friday morning.
Police said the store's manager reported that he was at the counter when a bandit walked into the business place at around 11:15 am and pulled out a gun.
The bandit demanded cash as the manager handed over $2,000 from the cash register and $36,835 that was kept in an envelope under the counter.
