A watchman from Santa Cruz was shot dead on Thursday night after being ambushed at a Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) treatment plant in Santa Cruz where he worked.
Police said that around 7.40 p.m. Rawle “Chubby” Jordan, 42, of Sam Boucaud, Upper Santa Cruz was at the plant located off Chiquito Street, Upper Santa Cruz when two masked men wearing dark clothing walked in and opened fire hitting him multiple times.
The two men were then seen running off.
