Police are investigating a daylight robbery in St. James in which two men stole $40,000 from a company vehicle.
Around 3:07 p.m. Thursday, a 47-year-old man was pumping gas into a white Nissan Caravan at Peake’s One Stop when two men approached him from behind.
One pointed an object at his waist and ordered him not to move. The suspects then entered the company vehicle, took $40,000 representing the day’s sales, and fled.
