Prison of­fi­cials say there have been no ma­jor se­cu­ri­ty in­ci­dents at the East­ern Cor­rec­tion­al and Re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion Cen­tre (ECRC) de­spite the fa­cil­i­ty hous­ing sev­er­al al­leged gang mem­bers.
