Kick-‘em-Jenny – the submarine volcano located between Grenada and the Grenadine Island of Carriacou has increased its seismic activity according to an advisory from the National Disaster Management Agency.
“The University of the West Indies, Seismic Research Center (UWI SRC) has advised the National Disaster Management Agency (NaDMA) of increased seismic activity at the Kick-‘em-Jenny (KeJ) Submarine Volcano.
The unrest began at 10:00 (local time) on the night on Wednesday night,” stated a news release issued Thursday afternoon.
