FORMER prime minister Dr Keith Rowley cancelled his planned discussion, “A Conversation with Tobagonians,” on Sunday, citing unforeseen technical difficulties at the venue.
In a Facebook post last Friday, he had stated that the meeting would be held at the Mason Hall Community Centre.
The discussion was expected to focus on current military developments in Tobago, including the US military-installed radar on the island.
