Head of the TTPS Child Pro­tec­tion Unit, act­ing Supt Michelle Row­ley-Pow­der, is again call­ing on par­ents to prop­er­ly su­per­vise their chil­dren and dis­cour­age crim­i­nal be­hav­iour.

Re­spond­ing to Guardian Me­dia’s ques­tions through the TTPS Cor­po­rate Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Unit yes­ter­day, Row­ley-Pow­der re­ferred to an in­ci­dent where a school­boy was caught on video steal­ing mon­ey from the cash box of a D’Abadie dou­bles ven­dor ear­li­er this week.

Ac­cord­ing to re­ports, the dou­bles ven­dor con­tact­ed the pri­ma­ry school and re­port­ed the in­ci­dent, which led to the boy’s par­ents be­ing called in.
