Head of the TTPS Child Protection Unit, acting Supt Michelle Rowley-Powder, is again calling on parents to properly supervise their children and discourage criminal behaviour.
Responding to Guardian Media’s questions through the TTPS Corporate Communications Unit yesterday, Rowley-Powder referred to an incident where a schoolboy was caught on video stealing money from the cash box of a D’Abadie doubles vendor earlier this week.
According to reports, the doubles vendor contacted the primary school and reported the incident, which led to the boy’s parents being called in.
