On Sat­ur­day at the Shield of the Amer­i­c­as Sum­mit in Do­ral, Flori­da, Per­sad-Bisses­sar com­mit­ted this coun­try to the multi­na­tion­al mil­i­tary and se­cu­ri­ty al­liance launched by Trump called the Amer­i­c­as Counter-Car­tel Coali­tion (AC­CC).
