Home­land Se­cu­ri­ty Min­is­ter Roger Alexan­der signed de­ten­tion and pre­ven­ta­tive de­ten­tion or­ders un­der the State of Emer­gency for 19 peo­ple be­tween Ju­ly 31 and Au­gust 15, in­clud­ing a sec­ond girl­friend of a gang leader cur­rent­ly in cus­tody of the De­fence Force at Ch­aguara­mas. The or­ders were on­ly gazetted on Tues­day night.

Ac­cord­ing to De­ten­tion Or­der 294, Ee­sha “Queen B” Joseph was iden­ti­fied by law en­force­ment as the sec­ond in com­mand of the Re­sis­tance Gang and list­ed as the love in­ter­est of Robert “R-Man” Paul, who is de­tained at Staubles Bay.
