Patriotic Front political leader, Mickela Panday, says the barbaric killing of 12-year-old Mariah Seenath had shaken the nation.
And citizens were in urgent need of “visible, and measurable action”.
In a social media post on Tuesday, Panday called for increased police patrols in every community, properly resourced stations, functioning street lights and closed circuit television cameras.
