MTS groundsman Jamal Arthur, 37, of Tasker Street, Cashew Gardens, was found dead this morning on the compound of the National Reforestation and Watershed Rehabilitation Programme at Cordial Avenue.

Around 7 a.m., the former coordinator of the programme discovered Arthur’s body. Police believe he was shot sometime last night.

Investigators were told that around 9.50 p.m. on Sunday, Arthur had been liming with two other men from the community when a masked gunman emerged from nearby bushes and ordered all three not to move.
