In one of the stranger decisions of the election season, the United National Congress (UNC) chose incumbent Member of Parliament for Fyzabad Dr Lackram Bodoe to be the candidate for the neighbouring constituency of Oropouche West.
And the incumbent candidate for Oropouche West Davendranath Tancoo has been chosen as Bodoe’s replacement in Fyzabad.
