A visually impaired 80-year-old man was robbed of his cash, cell phone and car in a home invasion in Barrackpore on Wednesday. 

A police report stated that the elderly man was at home lying on his bed when around 5.30 p.m. he heard a "bang" at the front door of his apartment. 

Moments later, he heard two male voices in his bedroom demanding money and threatening to shoot him.
