In the spirit of the Yuletide Season, Oropouche East MP Dr Roodal Moonilal financially assisted primary schools in his constituency by giving representatives what he referred to as a "token of help."

The tokens, he said, can be used to organise their school treats, snack bags, and whatever else is needed for Christmas celebrations. He distributed the tokens at his constituency office in Debe on November 26. He did share the amount of money the schools received.

The MP, who is also the Minister of Energy, explained that his office receives letters each year from schools, temples, churches, and other organisations requesting assistance with their Christmas activities.
