As she in­tro­duced her par­ty’s two can­di­dates in To­ba­go yes­ter­day, Pa­tri­ot­ic Front leader Mick­ela Pan­day vowed not to use au­ton­o­my as a po­lit­i­cal bar­gain­ing tool. The de­ci­sion on To­ba­go’s self-gov­er­nance must come from its peo­ple, not politi­cians, she said.
