Police are investigating the theft of a vehicle after a woman reportedly received assistance from a stranger along Moruga Road on Wednesday morning.
According to reports, a 39-year-old sales representative had parked her gold Nissan Almera valued at $27,000, around 11:50 a.m. along Cane Field Stretch, near the Moruga Recreation Facility, after experiencing overheating issues.
An unknown vehicle stopped to offer assistance, and the suspect, a man, reportedly entered the woman’s car and drove away along Moruga Road.
