For­mer For­eign Af­fairs and Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Min­is­ter dur­ing the Peo­ple's Part­ner­ship ad­min­is­tra­tion, Dr Su­ru­jrat­tan Ram­bachan,  says Prime Min­is­ter Kam­la Per­sad-Bisses­sar must lead with ur­gency, pre­ci­sion, and hu­mil­i­ty—or risk re­peat­ing the same gov­er­nance fail­ures that vot­ers re­ject­ed.

While de­scrib­ing her re­turn to pow­er as “his­toric and un­prece­dent­ed,” Ram­bachan said the time for cel­e­bra­tion is over.

“Kar­ma has bit­ten Row­ley and Stu­art for their nasty, evil de­scrip­tions of her. They are all com­ing now for shel­ter at her feet,” he wrote in a memo styled as a di­rect mes­sage to the Prime Min­is­ter.
