2-year-old Aveer Hosein and his mother set aside time last week to craft him a costume out of the Express Newspaper and its headlines, celebrating his love of reading and self-expression.
Hosein, a student of the Light and Love Academy pre-school in Sangre Grande, and mom, Krissy Hosein, designed the costume to participate in a “Whacky Wednesday” event, hosted by the school.
“They allow students to express themselves in any way they want to and sometimes they do mismatched clothing, socks and pajamas, things like that. We chose to create it with something we all use every day in the Express Newspaper," she explained.
