En­deav­our Hold­ings Ltd (EHL) yes­ter­day re­port­ed a drop in prof­its and rev­enues for the six-month pe­ri­od end­ed Oc­to­ber 31, 2025.

In the com­pa­ny’s fi­nan­cial re­port for the pe­ri­od, it was re­vealed that net prof­it af­ter tax stood at $15.84 mil­lion in 2025, a de­crease of 29.3 per cent from $22.41 mil­lion prof­it for the same pe­ri­od in 2024.

En­deav­our chair­man John Aboud stat­ed in his re­port, “Rev­enue from con­tracts with cus­tomers for the six months was $41.31 mil­lion com­pared to $44.58 mil­lion in 2024, a de­cline of $3.3 mil­lion. This was pri­mar­i­ly due to va­can­cies at Up­town Mall, CHIC Build­ing, and Bri­ar Place, par­tial­ly off­set by rental in­creas­es at oth­er prop­er­ties.”
