A fish vendor suffered fatal injuries in a four-vehicle collision in La Romaine in the early hours of Friday.

Police identified the victim as David Miguel Skerritt, of Sangre Grande. Police were told that Skerritt was employed as a fish vendor in Toco. The multiple vehicle collision occurred around 12.28 am.

Police told the Express that Skerritt was proceeding in a northerly direction along the South Trunk Road in La Romaine occupying the lane on the western side of the roadway.
