In keep­ing with con­ven­tion and best prac­tice fol­low­ing a change of gov­ern­ment, Chair­per­son of the East Port-of-Spain De­vel­op­ment Com­pa­ny Ltd Hillan More­an has ten­dered their res­ig­na­tion.

In a state­ment, More­an thanked the out­go­ing gov­ern­ment for the con­fi­dence placed in them dur­ing its tenure, say­ing, “It has been a re­al plea­sure get­ting to fur­ther serve East Port-of-Spain and all res­i­dents there­in.”

He al­so thanked the com­pa­ny’s staff that he said he ” sup­port­ed and fought for since day one.”
