A Claxton Bay man was arrested and two women rescued after an observant neighbour and quick response by police foiled a home invasion in progress.
Around 4.30 am on August 23, a resident of St John’s Trace called the St Margaret’s Police Station and told officers he had seen a strange man in the yard of one of his neighbours.
Officers responded and when they arrived, a man wearing a ski mask tried to escape through the back door.
