Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing the mur­der of a 62-year-old watch­man whose body was dis­cov­ered ear­ly Thurs­day morn­ing with mul­ti­ple chop wounds.

Ac­cord­ing to re­ports, of­fi­cers from the Rio Claro Po­lice Sta­tion re­spond­ed to a call around 6 a.m. that led them to a lo­ca­tion ap­prox­i­mate­ly 100 feet off the road­way in Land Set­tle­ment, Ec­clesville.

There, they found the body of Kassie Ju­goon, cov­ered in blood.
