Former prime minister Dr Keith Rowley drove himself to the International School of Port-of-Spain this morning, where he voted in today's general elections.
And, even though it was the first time in four decades his name was not on the ballot paper, Rowley said he was not saddened.
He said, however, that his retirement begins tomorrow.
