The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. a man who operates a craft shop at the site, said he confronted a 56-year-old of Main Road, Argyle, after observing him escorting a group of about five people across the river toward the waterfall.
The vendor allegedly told the man it was unfair to bring people across without paying the entrance fee, claiming it affected his livelihood. A verbal argument reportedly escalated into a physical altercation, during which the vendor said he grabbed a cutlass and struck the man in self-defense.
