CONCERNS about board overreach, conflicts of interest, and the handling of its whistle-blowing system have been raised in an anonymous disclosure filed under Whistle-blowing Policy #284 at First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Ltd.
The disclosure alleged a series of whistle-blowing submissions was used to build a record of concerns surrounding the deputy CEO for Operations and Administration and the functions under her oversight, ultimately culminating in her resignation.
Neela Moonilal-Kissoon resigned from the position on March 6, having been appointed on December 27, 2023.
