TOBAGO House of Assembly (THA) Chief Secretary Farley Augustine has gone viral on social media after he uploaded a video of himself in his underwear while changing on the roadside in Tobago East on Monday.

Augustine later explained he had a busy schedule and had to juggle between appearances on Monday. However, the Opposition issued a call for the Office of the Chief Secretary to be respected.

In the 19-second video recorded by Augustine and uploaded to his social media on Monday, he is seen in his boxers changing on the side of the roadway.
