United States President Donald Trump says elections will be held in Venezuela after its infrastructure is rebuilt and oil resources begin to flow.
He was speaking to the media on board Air Force One as he made his way back to Washington from Mar-a-Lago, Florida, on Sunday.
When asked if he will demand free and fair elections in the short term in Venezuela, Trump said:
