Police in Tobago seized more than $1 million worth of marijuana during a late-night drug bust at the Scarborough Port.
Around 9.20 pm on Thursday, officers stopped a white Honda Civic driven by a 25-year-old man from Main Street, Bon Accord.
A search of the car revealed a hidden compartment in the trunk, disguised to look like a gas tank. Inside, officers found 61 packets of compressed marijuana weighing a total of 33 kilograms.
