Former Opposition senator Wade Mark is questioning why the Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC) is issuing polling cards to deceased individuals.
Mark raised the issue at a news conference at the Opposition Leader’s Port of Spain office yesterday, following a meeting with the Caricom election observer team.
