San Fernando police are investigating a burglary at the TTPOST #2 office on Lucky Street, La Romaine, which serves as the main payment centre for fines and penalties in south Trinidad.

A mail carrier, secured the office at the close of business around 4 p.m. on Thursday.

He returned the next morning around 5:50 a.m. to find the premises had been broken into.
