Two men were ar­rest­ed, and a firearm, am­mu­ni­tion, and a quan­ti­ty of nar­cotics were seized dur­ing a po­lice op­er­a­tion in the North Cen­tral Di­vi­sion on Feb­ru­ary 14, 2025.

In a state­ment the TTPS said the op­er­a­tion, con­duct­ed be­tween 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., in­volved of­fi­cers from the Tu­na­puna Crim­i­nal In­ves­ti­ga­tions De­part­ment, North Cen­tral Task Force East and West, and Tu­na­puna Court staff.

Dur­ing the ex­er­cise, of­fi­cers searched a 37-year-old man at Pool 1, Cau­ra Roy­al Road.
