Excellent’s Uptown Mall in Port-of-Spain has been listed for sale.
The shopping centre at the corner of Frederick and Park Streets, known as Excellent Uptown Mall, was listed as a commercial property for sale on several real estate sites and social media over the Easter weekend.
However, when contacted on Tuesday, chief executive officer of Excellent Stores, Alex Siu Chong, confirmed the property has been up for sale for over four years.
