Lopinot/Bon Air West MP Mar­vin Gon­za­les tore in­to Home­land Se­cu­ri­ty Min­is­ter Roger Alexan­der in To­ba­go on Tues­day night, say­ing T&T de­serves bet­ter than a min­is­ter who can­not read his own speech in Par­lia­ment.

Gon­za­les, who is vy­ing for the chair­man po­si­tion in the par­ty, told To­ba­go sup­port­ers that the coun­try's first prime min­is­ter Dr Er­ic Williams did not die for "this kind of em­bar­rass­ment" call­ing on Alexan­der to “stop em­bar­rass­ing us.”

At the One PNM slate's po­lit­i­cal meet­ing in Buc­coo, ahead of the PNM's in­ter­nal elec­tions this Sun­day, Gon­za­les wad­ed the Gov­ern­ment.
