A lime at Caura River turned violent for a 26-year-old man after he was robbed at gunpoint and shot at during a daring daylight attack.
The vicitm of Trincity told police he was with friends near Pool 1 of the Caura River around 8:15 a.m. when he was approached by two unknown men, one of whom was armed with a firearm.
The men announced a robbery and held the vicitim at gunpoint, demanding his valuables. He was stripped of several expensive items, including a gold chain, gold bera, gold ring, $5,000 in cash, and bank cards.
