The granddaughter of the late Sundar Popo has recovered his iconic red touring hood car to be used as an exhibit at his home in Barrackpore.
Natasha Sundar, who lives in the United States, travelled to Trinidad last week after a two-year-long search for her grandfather’s famous red car.
In an interview with the Express yesterday, Sundar said she had always wanted the vehicle to return to her family, but it was not until her grandmother’s death in 2023 that she actively began her search.
